Hello, this is Oliver here (a.k.a. osb21313) and I just want moderation to not be bad. I heard administrators hire bots to do it, and I just got banned for 7 days all over 2 toxic kids in a game.
What I am trying to achieve:
So I tried appealing it (like times I did before) and LITERALLY NO ONE ANSWERS IT. Can you please train your bots or whatever like the bots literally call everything Harassment, maybe if someone didn’t do Harassment.
How it can help:
So if any moderator is reading this, can you please try and fix this no one can ever call/rant the moderation bad? Everyone complains about getting false-banned.
no moderator will ever read the devforum, mostly because roblox outsources its moderation to places outside the us where labor costs are wayyyy cheaper, or they use to, i feel like now they are starting to use more ai generated moderation.
the point is, roblox moderation will most likely never get any better, mostly every big company has the problem of terrible support teams mostly because those teams don’t get paid enough to care.
your pretty much just a small little spec to roblox so it doesn’t really matter if you get falsely moderated because roblox doesn’t get hurt by it, unless your a BIG developer or youtuber, but they don’t have to worry about that because they have special moderation privileges (protected accounts)
