This has been happening for a few weeks now, so I waited until my BC renewed again, which it did. The credit card was fine, and the error went away. After 2 or so days, the error returned, so I just left it.
It is now September 2nd and the error is saying that the credit card will expire in August 2016. It becomes a pain having to close this box every time I go to the home page, so I clicked ‘Don’t remind me again’.
Even though it’s not a problem for me anymore, I am just writing to say that if I didn’t click don’t remind me again, I would still be getting the error, possibly even into October.
Okay, but did the credit card expire? If you put in that the credit card is meant to expire in August 2016, and ROBLOX is still notifying you about it and you’re essentially getting free BC because it really did expire in August 2016 then that’s an issue. That’s why Master3395 asked.
That may be the issue, that you inputted it to expire in August 2016 as the expiration date. If that were the case, ROBLOX should have automatically terminated the subscription by the expiration date you inputted rather than continue to attempt to charge you.
What could have happened is that your credit card expires in August 201X and you misclicked when inputting the data resulting in you inputting the date as August 2016. Or you just straight up misclicked.
