It looks good, but kinda of bland. Maybe add some more details to the harbor, such as a crane for loading crates, maybe some creates laying around. Maybe add some paintings inside the ship.

It’s quite basic from my personal opinion for a harbor cruise ship, i feel like the material choice is something that ruins the design. Perhaps include a more proper front curve and make the ship have more height.
If you used reference images while building this or something you just wanted to build. I’ll try including those specific details around the shape and the interior. If you view the interior of the ship you’ll see it features a flooring design something similar to ‘square tiles’ things along those too lines.
Try not the ship feature similar materials - colors as it makes the ship feature a simplistic design if that’s what your trying to achieve. It’s a good start to making a ship i feel like you could produce more time into making it features important details, while keeping those simple objects! Further more try implementing more details and objects surrounding the ship.

I’d say check your scale while building and think about walking through the area in real life. A good indicator is the ‘lobby’ with the 2 attendants (picture 7/11).
Think about the size of the steps behind the gates. They look to be about 2 studs high compared to the attendants, which would be about waist high if you are a player.
Also think about how that room is set up. You walk in with your luggage, check in to the desk, walk over to gates that are right at the bottom step that you could just walk around the sides of, then have to drag your luggage up a set of stairs with huge steps and no railings beside them.
Not a great first impression if you’re getting on a cruise ship.
I’d say get rid of the stairs entirely and raise the floor level of the entire room to be level with the walkways behind it.
