The overall shape looks great!
A really simple way to improve it is by coloring the outlines in a bit of a darker tone than the main color of the hoodie. This way it will look smother and more appealing to look at, since pure black is really harsh.

This is a very nice hoodie
I suggest you change the color of the outline to a darker shade of blue and change the blend mode of the shading to overlay. Duplicate the layer and keep the shading on normal for the parts on white though.
