The designs look cool, and the characters look cool and unique. There are some mistakes in grammar and the customers appear to get unhappy quickly
(deliberate non-standard spelling seems okay)
you should add a rating system instead of just end it up. (mix of how fast you serve and how much they are satisfied).
a sandbox mode would be really cool

This is cool! Honestly, I really like the logo. But the Ui kind of messed me up a little. Maybe you could change the Ui to better fit the game? Really good trailer though.
