I did vote “I like it” because I do. But it does still need work am I right.
I love the little quote you have there! 
It could use a gradient though.

I feel like it would be better if it ran with the lighter color on the top and the darker color on the bottom.
I liked it, but I felt like the UI should need more detail to the game.

Wow. This definitly splashed my eyes! Great work over all, need somes improvement.
I think you should make the “LOADING…” text a tiny bit smaller and make it higher above the awesome quote. Other than that, nice job!
So I mean you could do the wave to like go across the frame like from left to the right like a giant wave and maybe add some sounds effects.

Looks great! Although, I think you should still add a gradient to the background even with the wave.

It’s great! Maybe add a skip button in the future for potential slow loaders, such as mobile players? Otherwise, I voted ‘I like it’, keep up the spectacular job!
