I made Darth Vader in Blender

I made Darth Vader in blender and rendered it in Cycles.

This is my 3rd render. and my most complex build yet.

The helmet itself has over 100k tri which is bad news, Since It was over 100mb which is bad for a game, So I’m still working on compressing my models.

I’m looking for feedbacks on the model and my lighting.
I am not interested in creating GFX art. I just wanted to see it in character.

This are the closeup shots of the Darth Vader helmet:

Note: I do not want replies that says “you’re build is good, good job!” I want replies that are actually Feedbacks on what i can do to improve.

Warning: using my images for commercial uses are not allowed, If I see something monetized with my image, It would be taken down. [etc, roblox games, youtube videos]

And I’ll most likely sue.

Okay so I know you wanted feedback but honestly this is incredible. I don’t know what you could improve

This Is Amazing! There just one thing the helmet looks like glass because its to shiny try to make it less shiny

The clothing folds of the cape over the shoulders could use some work. They look lumpy.

The helmet looks so realistic compared to the body. Find a way for the helmet and body to blend together instead of such a contrast between styles.

Otherwise, great use of lighting and superb modeling

That is a really nice creation! It looks so like him…
I think you could improve his arms; maybe add more arm pads or arm protection.

It looks very good! The helmet could be a bit less shiny though.

I think the head looks great but you really need to work on the body.

I would say one issue would be how the body itself is alot less smooth than the helmet, cloth, and overall everything that wasn’t made in Roblox.

I’d also suggest having lighting reflect off the body, seeing as its a dark suit, so it should be reflecting light.

However, the helmet by itself looks wonderful, it clashes with the lighting really nicely and is incredibly smooth.

Could use a little touches, here and there, but overall you’ve done a very good job and you’ve clearly got a skill for this work!

This is really good! I feel this as a gfx would be AMAZING…

If you sign or watermark your gfx, no one will steal it. Also, the helmet does look good on the avatar, but the neck cover doesn’t match the form and structure of Roblox 1.0 avatars. The neck cover is clearly clipping through the torso.

Feedback - Follow a tutorial on how to make clothing folds on Roblox characters. It will look much more impressive and professional!

This looks like some next level stuff, keep up the good work!

did you happen to use this? how to make darth vader helmet blender - Google Search or did you make it yourself

only the part 1 since part 2 isn’t much help since he got the face wrong, look closely at the face of his vader and mine.

I made the face on my own.

If you look at them both you will notice the difference
mine has more accurate cheek and vents

He also is missing a few details such as the crease in the eye area and the under vent placement.
