I made this forest map for my new game. The map is for a war-themed game, and each day it will resemble a battlefield more than a forest. The photos I gave are before the war

This is a nice forest map, I like the placement and density of trees.
I don’t really see any hints of war excluding that half destroyed brick house.
You should try and make it a little bit more realistic, I don’t really think it’s current level of reality fits the map it is located in.
You could also change that building’s colours or materials. Making it out of wood could also give a different vibe to it.
Anyways, I believe that it looks good and it’s usable in this state, additional changes are up to how you want it to be.
The reason it doesn’t look like a battlefield because it’s before the war.

does it slowly lose trees and become a brown sludgy battlefield? can we see some during or post war images?
Yes, it will. But I didn’t yet created the other maps.
