I miss the glue material. How are you able to "unanchor" some parts when you've removed it from the supporting part?

If you’re confused by the title, let me give you a demonstration:

ezgif.com-gif-maker (2)

I have WeldConstraints in both the glass bars and I want them to unanchor like the glue behavior. They’re all wedges though, so the glue function cannot work.

Any solutions to this problem would help me, doesn’t matter if it helps little or a lot. Thanks!

omg its smash hit in roblox! In all seriousness though you can have it so that the tips of the thing are welded then when u do your splice code remove it from the weld thing and have physics do its work

The glue surface hos not been removed. You need to go to the model tab and click the “surface” button.

Then you select your material:

and click on any part’s surface!
If you want some more options on a part you must click a surface with a random material on that part. Then you will get the old options back on that part.

Oh, didn’t know about that one. Thanks!

Although there’s a bug with the wedges. It doesn’t seem to glue parts when they’re in their slope areas. That’s why I am using WeldConstraint.
