I need feedback on a heavily unoptimized map I'm working on

Hey, this is my first post to the Roblox DevForum.
I’m working on a game titled “Pier Park” It’s a pretty old game that’s been overwritten many times since it was a Personal Server game in 2014 - 2016. As of now, it is heavily unoptimized. As one of the developers of this game, I am pushing for the game to get rebuilt completely. I’d appreciate it if I could get some feedback on all ends of game design as I believe this game is flawed in ways and I feel that I could do much better to improve it.

I think it is pretty good, not going to lie. There are some places where you are sitting on an invisible block. Besides that it looks good! :+1:
