Oh, hi there!
I would like feedback on this new piece of art I’ve made.
It’s for my USA ro-nation, and yes, I couldn’t fix the transparent hat thing but it magically showed like an actual hat.
Sorry for the lighting, by the way.
I will put a watermark of course for any pirates or anyone who wants to steal this piece of art and claim it as his.
It’s pretty good, although some things still need to be improved, such as the fact that certain places are cut, or badly destroyed. I also find the positioning of the arm strange because I do not know what it represents.
Otherwise good job, keep it up!
it is badly cut out for the background. use a greenscreen instead, or use magic wand tool. also use a rig.
the arms looking weird, and it looks like he was cut in half. the tie and bow are low quality, plus the lighting is bad. the flag lighting does not line up with the person’s lighting.
Hey, thank you so much for the feedback.
Even I tried to fix it, however Blender doesn’t immediately cut it up for you, so I’ve had to use a third-party program named Pixlr to cut it out. Even so, it was a little bad.
Also the positioning of the arm is like pointing, it was on purpose. And no, it is not a symbol of extremism or notsee-ism, I would not make such GFX and to post it on a website run by moderators of a game made for children and teenagers(?).
But again, thank you for the feedback!
It’s overall good but it’s lacking “pizzazz”. I personally think you should make it so where the character doesn’t look “plain”, also fix the cutting on the right side. Maybe have the character holding a weapon, or be in a uniform with a badge. Make it scream “ro-nation”.
Haha! Thank you for the feedback. I’ve already talked about the cutting, but again, it’s like a political party thing, but sure, next time I will make sure it screams “RO NATION!!!111”.
Thank you for the criticism, but take me in as a beginner with little to no knowledge.
what do you mean? I gave you feedback, and told you how you could improve.
Yeah, and I’ve thanked you for the feedback/criticism, but I’ve told you that I’m a beginner and it would take time to learn all of that.
before u render it in blender u have to set it to no background so u dont have to cut it out
It’s ok but you may add more light
to solve the tie and bow problem get 3d model of tie and bow, remove tie and bow from the clothing then add your 3d model. lighting is easy, i know you can do it. and paintrigv3 is also quite easy to learn! there is a cut here:
and osme black stuff here?
also in blender you can put a green part behind him, or use magic wand tool which works much better. and make him have hair that is covered or smooshed, you can do this by removing the top half so only sticking out hair is visible.
there
or in blender change film to transparent it removes background cleanly for u )for the background)
Oh, thanks for telling me, but would it be weird that even on Pixlr it removes the entire body except the head? Like, it’s a problem.
Thanks for the simple and short feedback!
Thanks! Also uh, there’s a problem always for me with the transparency of the newly-added hat. Yes, I add the texture without the hat, then I add the hat which always has the transparency. I remove the 2nd texture thing yet it’s still transparent.
I think it should be an under score
to remove transparency change blend mode to opaque instead of alpha blend. it is inside material settings inside of vieqport display
and one more thing after u remove the background i would reccomend adding lights and changing the pose that would be good enought for a begginer
I think if you add more light, it will probably cut less drastically in the external software. I also advise you, since it is pointing you must, to make the face look in the direction it is pointing, this will make it look more realistic.
It’s already on opaque, what to do?
EDIT: Nevermind, but it’s still transparent
