It looks really cool. I really the boarded windows and the decals. Props to you for putting some things on the roof- a lot of people do not care about doing the little things!
One thing I would recommend is to change the door. It doesn’t fit in with the rest of the building (it looks really nice). Maybe you could have it be a glass door. Additionally, a few more of those boarded windows would make this even better.
Also, I know I can’t see them, but some flickering lights out front may be a cool addition.

This looks good, but it’s pretty basic and blocky. The front door doesn’t fit with the rest of the building.
