I think the grass looks very cartoony and look like just triangles painted green. Also don’t think the bloom looks very good. I suggest adding more foliage if you want a lot of realism since most photorealistic renders have tons of them. The water also isn’t level and is slopped but it’s staying still so doesn’t make sense. I also suggest adding pathways and more color. I think making the lights brighter will also help a lot to make it look like they are actually turned on. The island also looks like a square so maybe round it out a bit and add sand/rocks and have it slope down so it looks like the water corroded the terrain over time. The ocean also look like it’s coming out of the terrain so maybe use the default one roblox studio comes with. Oh and remove the test rig/dummy

The showcase lighting is bad. Also, not enough details in the actual game. It looks very simple and not very impressive so to speak. I recommenced you, change the lighting, fix the terrain, change the color for the water, and add more details into the map.
