Sorry to hear that. Do you remember your account’s personal info? (Date of Birth, Theme, Language, Account Location, Gender, Privacy Settings, Other Settings, etc)
Basically, information the account owner only knows.
If you remember these, there’s a high chance of getting your account back.

If you have bought Robux provide them receipts or bank statements, this should be enough for them to disable 2FA on your account.
