I need help blue-printing this house

I am making a house for my horror game, but I don’t know how to layout this house’s rooms. The first floor needs a living room, garage (already done), and kitchen, but I don’t know where I put the rooms and how to “transition” the rooms.

Alright, I got some ideas. So on the front door or entrance area, maybe make it like a high ceiling where stairs go up to the 2nd floor.

Now for the transition, maybe you can do two things, It is adjacent to a room, or a hallway, but since it is only one door, I personally think an adjacent room is better.

For the type of room that can be adjacent to the garage, it can be a living room or kitchen.

Oh my bad I forgot to state that it’s 2 story’s. If you look closely at where the front door is facing you’ll see stairs.

Oh, well you can do something like this

which there’ll be a hallway for the stair instead of it being a big room which takes a lot of space.

Wait that might actually work really good. Also, I was originally going to use a Roblox pre-made suburban house but it felt scummy :sob:, I edited it a ton but as you see it has small “transitions” of changing rooms

Looks amazing! The only thing I think I can suggest is filling the walls up with decor since it looks rather empty.

What can I do for this room? It’s a living room but I don’t know what to do with all the open space, also I want to add a bathroom somehow.

Sorry for the late response, but I would really recommend it to be the livingroom, as it is a large space, and you can fit a lot of stuff. My living room typically consists of a sofa, and tv, there will be also a small workspace for the bois (gaming area).

You could look at real life house blueprints to get an idea on how to layout the house’s rooms and use reference images of house interiors for building. I would also recommend making a list of which parts of the house will be the most important or have the most traffic when blueprinting to streamline the building process.
