I need help finding a name for my development group

Hi there Forum!

I recently started working on my new game project alongside a partner, the game is called Warzone. The project is doing great as of now, but we’re struggling to find a good name for our group that is going to hold this game, and more games in the future. We need a group name for our development team.

What do you guys think it should be called?
Please put some creative ideas down below, we need some help!

Naming a game warzone might cause you some problems down the line.

If you want to be cliche, combine the names of the main devs (ex. Badimo).

If you want something better, try thinking of something from your past experiences on Roblox and naming it after that. For example, if your previous username was WheresWaldo864 you might consider ‘Studio 864’ or something. If you can create a cool thumbnail for it, it might catch on.

You could also pick something themed or ‘aesthetic’. Choose a war-like name or something that sounds nice (ex. a mountaineering group might be named ‘Elevation’).

If you really can’t think of anything under any of those categories, maybe try looking up synonyms for key words relating to your games and try to spin something unique off of those. Good luck!

Why is that? Is it because of the new Call of Duty release? I’ve thought about that and I am changing it.

Thinking with Art
(Akin to thinking with portals?)

If your team is going to mainly work on “Warzone”, then try using the name of your game as the name of the group.

For example, you could name your group “Official Warzone Development Team”.

If your team is going to work on games in general, then try thinking up a theme your team might use for most of your games. Will they follow a specific theme? (Poly, Horror, Realistic, etc.)

If your games will not have a main theme or genre to it, then try to think up a simple name or use your username, like what other people have suggested. You can also try adding adjectives to objects and animals as your group name. (e.g. Script Snakes)
