If you created some of the assets with meshes, I believe you can archive them, so anyone who took them without your permission will have them removed from the game.
he just stole the map with hacks because there is no way he is getting the map with out hacking or somthing

It is really hard to take down a game for copying/stealing assets. You can try to contact Roblox support but it is unlikely that they will do anything about it. So your best bet is trying to do a DMCA takedown.

In the future, If you saved some of the models in your inventory, you can hide them from others, so noone will know about them. (I also hide my inventory and only allow friends to view them because they can see your models.)

OK, but if you have MeshParts, SpecialMeshes, et cetera in your original map, you can archive the original meshes (and then reupload them) so they don’t work in the “copy”.
