Hello. So, recently one of my clothing designers created a shirt with a backpack on it. Everytime I upload it, the backpack straps don’t connect and there is a strip of grey. He told me he used ROBLOX’s templates, and its 585x559. I don’t know how to make it show up properly. Can anyone help me please? Also, here’s what I mean.

It might be the background of the shirt template and in my opinion it shouldn’t be a custom shirt template, I usually stick to the default template instead of customizing it.

Ohhh. So what does he need to do to fix it?
Get them to load their image in the default template size.
Probably just use a different template that correctly matches roblox’s official one, i’m not exactly sure how it ended up designed like that, but from the info gathered that seems like the problem
