I need some help figuring out what's wrong with a mesh rig

Hello, I’ve been working on a script and have been running into a few problems with inserting FBX models…
This image here is an example as to what’s wrong, this Kris model looks fine in blender but refuses to have the hips positions right in game, I have not touched any bones and this is how it was inserted.
However, when you attempt to rescale it, it looks normal, is there any solution here?
