I need help on building, materials, using PBR materials. I’m not the best when it comes to building.

Use reference pictures, you can use loads of blocks for more detail and just simply enjoy it. If you enjoy you are capable of better things!
I sometimes have trouble building too. Here are some things that help.
-Plugins really help with building, like F3x, Gap Fill, and Build V4.
-Building with friends help you finnish builds better, faster and funner!
-Keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl-D(Duplicates) and Ctrl-G(Groups)

These sorts of topics have been discussed and answered in many previous threads. consider taking the time to use the search function to find helpful information on those topics.
It basically just takes practice as that’s the way you will improve overtime, I’ll try focusing on something your interested in or enjoy making. A lot of builders strive into different styles when creating things always have a few images by your side, as it’ll help you get those important details when attempting to create things out of them.
