I need to fill up these little stalls with to make it the whole thing look more whole and finished. It will also give the place a lot of personality, so let me know what small models would on the walls and on the tables. Anything would help.

The diner looks pretty complete to me, I don’t think you need to add anything more, except try adding some plates or cutlery on the tables, and the billboard table needs to be a bit bigger in my opinion. Great place overall

Add some paintings around the wall. Maybe in between the windows?

To make the diner feel more like a restaurant, I’d suggest adding condiments (ketchup, mustard, salt/pepper etc.) and napkin dispensers on each of the tables. If you’re aiming for more of a “used” look, you can also add garbage such as discarded newspapers, napkins and wrappers on some of the surfaces.

It looks good but could definitely use more details. I’m assuming it’s a 70s diner? Look up reference images and add details you see and implement them to your game.
