That doesn’t mean it’s not allowed, it just means you haven’t been caught yet. If a fifteen year old purchases narcotics and no one finds out, does that make it any less illegal? Your game simply hasn’t been reported- and I advise you to remove the blood and gore contained in your game immediately or you may wind up in big trouble. @Krunnie is right in this regard. Your logic is fallible and erroneous.

I didnt really make one it’s a example but blood and gore is allowed since Runker 51 used it and they never got banned so.

I don’t know why you need blood in the first place, just have a bone sticking out of his neck.
I don’t think this will get you banned off the site. However, I don’t think you should risk anything. You might want to add something that doesn’t include red; Sparkles, effects, etc.
It looks quite funny defiantly tells people what it is about.
It’s fine in my opinion , but as you see Roblox banning lmao words in chat system , for them this is even more disturbing and offensive for kids in Roblox if they see.
Usually if Roblox isnt ok with certain piece of content, they notify the creator and get it changed / taken down. I would say getting banned off the site is a very very extreme case which really only applies if theres external factors to consider (such as non-compliance, etc.)
Gore and sexual content are an exception to this rule.

I don’t think it would get taken down to be honest, it seems very unrealistic, but if it does get taken down, consider using cartoony blood splashes so it has a higher chance of avoiding being moderated. (Not sure if the one below is even worse and also it’s pretty blurry because it’s 150x150 which is the badge size so don’t mind it)
