Hi,
I need help. I am VERY new to scripting and I am trying to make a game and one of the things I need is hover cars. Does ANYBODY have a script to help me with that or even some tips to help me with scripting in general.

I suggest you use bodymovers. To learn more about them you can see this article Mover Constraints.
You should also try making a basic car first before attempting something as complex as a hovercar which requires skillful scripting

Alternatively, you can see if there’s a free model in the roblox marketplace that somehow suits to your needs; for example, you can get a free helicopter model and examine its script(s) and get a bird’s eye idea of how it works so you can apply it to your own works.
Also, if you’re going to script a hovercraft, I think you might need to know about UserInputService (UserInputService)
Just asking for scripts from people isn’t going to help you if you plan on making a game solo. If you’re new, here’s a few places that you can learn scripting from
