As long as the mesh for the hat is original, you should be fine. Also, like you said, there’s lots of other similar TIX-themed items on the marketplace. If you’re still unsure or want to play it safe, you could always contact a Roblox staff member via Roblox Support.

It’s most likely because of the TIX. Maybe make your own or customize the current one a little bit before trying to re-upload it.
Never mind. Tix is not allowed only.
Roblox typically approves items with the Robux icon, so I don’t understand why they took offense to your TIX hat. You even designed the mesh and texture all by yourself.
