So I send ROBLOX an email almost 2 months ago and has not gotten a response yet after this person named John said there sending it to the UGC team to reply back. Then I make another support ticket for something else a month ago and still not a response. Then I made a ticket last week about my almost 2 month ticket. Do you know whats going on?

If they seem to be blocking your email, try using a different email to contact them (and to change the email associated with your account)
But why would they even block me. Is there any reasons.
Because they hate you, want you to suffer, and you stink!
You should just make a new account and send them new emails if they actually have blocked you.
How do i know if they blocked me is there away to check.
It looks like they sent it to a different department, the UGC one, and gave a ticket to them, I’d assume that a different email from roblox will message you eventually and give you an update on your situation. Can you send an image of what the last email the Roblox Support sent you from the 14th?

Yes, like I said before you will most likely either receive a different email from a different department which is related to UGC items, or have to create a new ticket with customer support about your problems. I think the reason why you’re not getting emails anymore from the Roblox Customer support is because they deemed the ticket dealt with, and sent it off to a different department (the UGC one.) You should stop sending emails to the Customer support email unless you make a new ticket.
Do you also have two different customer support tickets/emails happening? It looks like some of these images are scattered around, one related to UGC items and one related to PIN Verifications/Verifications that you’re the parent/guardian. Maybe you could organize it a bit more?
