I think you dropped something

I think throwing a square at the cogs broke 'em

Anyways, physics are a bit wacky at times in general (which was expected, it is a beta of course), but it feels like objects in a way don’t have any weight themselves; Just pulling on the red square which is connected to the green squares will eventually pull all of them out, but I don’t know if that’s intentional or not. Even in the source engine there’s still some pushback to you just endlessly pulling things(like weight-related puzzles), but I understand it can’t really be the same in Roblox without a complete rewrite or some wacky workaround Roblox’s own physics system.

Since I posted this yesterday, I’ve updated some of the physics to ease some of these issues.

Gravity has been raised, and object friction/density values have been tweaked to add more weight. I also modified the grab constraint’s responsiveness, so issues with clipping should be reduced while also making denser/larger objects feel heftier while being held. You’ll have to try a lot harder to break those cogs this time lmao
