I uploaded a thumbnail, got a generic "error occurred", then all of my experience's thumbnails except one are now gone

1. I went to upload a 10th thumbnail to my experience
2. I got a generic “an error has occurred”
3. I refreshed the page
4. Only one thumbnail, not the one I even tried to upload or had set to the primary one, was left

This is a BIG issue as now all of my saved alt texts on the thumbnails are gone, in addition to the thumbnails themselves. This is not just visual on the Creator Dashboard, it carries over to the experience details page as well.

Expected behavior
All of my thumbnails are still there after receiving an error.

Thanks. Is it possible to rollback my thumbnails to restore the alt text?

We released a fix for this bug so data loss shouldn’t happen anymore when modifying thumbnails. Unfortunately we don’t store the history of this field so we cannot restore it for you.
