that’s pretty cool, but what is that white substance it’s shooting…
oh, i’m make this like in dungeon quest, this is energy shoot
i think this can be even smooth if you use the power of ‘‘LookAt’’, and using magnitude to check constantly if the npc is near something, for example, while the npc walks to the point, another parameter will run at the same time checking if he is in range of something, if the npc detects something just (make the npc look at him and play the animation)
(while in range, proceeds to shoot again, until the target gets out of sight) (magnitude)
i believe it would be really smooth in some terms, and would prevent npc walking every single time to the target if they are already that close
