I want a part to follow my mouse y axis

i tried to make it with renderstepped and… no help…

I Think the only reasonable explanation for this is because the mouse exist on a 2d area, not a 3d, so when you move your character your mouse for example doesnt move aswell, it just stays there, so I think thats why the offset is there
