Hello, I’m new at scripting and developing but I saw a game part of a dream jam and I really liked it. I’m trying to take inspiration and I can’t seem to make a similar version but completely different in every way.
Basically I want it like a short game with dialogue that’s controlled etc and a button that explodes the map then the screen goes black awarding a badge for the “explosion” ending.
Now I don’t know how to script at all so I would like some help below. If you decide to help me, can you tell me where I should put the code aswell. Thank you!!

First off if you dont know how to script, do not attempt to make this just yet!
I’d recommend before you start making stuff you learn the basics, such as variables, functions, modules, different script types, and that sorta thing.
If you dont know how to use these things, you wont be able to get very far into your project.
Once you figure these things out, I’d be glad to help you with the rest.

Yeah most youtube tutorials are bad, but in all fairness, I couldnt teach you any better.
So, instead Ill show you a tutorial series where the person actually teaches stuff Ig.
