Yesterday, I ran a sponsor through Ads Manager on the Roblox website for 100 USD (payment method was through a card). I created one campaign for this sponsor. All was fine at first but when I checked today morning, there was a second campaign that was an exact copy of the first campaign and it showed that 100 USD had been charged on both campaigns. I’m certain that I did not create a second campaign; I checked the times the sponsor was set to start and end, and they were the exact same for both campaigns.
This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I was using a card as my payment method. I have not had this happen to me when sponsoring using ad credits which is what I normally use.
I am on a Windows 11 desktop and was using Firefox as my browser when I ran this campaign. I have paused the campaigns now to potentially prevent this bug from happening, but they were active when I found out I had been charged for a second campaign.
I noticed that I was charged for the second campaign (the one I did not create) today, and the first campaign was charged yesterday.
Expected behavior
I expect Ads Manager to only charge me once when I run a campaign and not create duplicate campaigns somehow.
