I was scammed a while ago, can anyone help?

Hello!

I hope you are all well! Back in 2018 I fell for a phishing email, and I had 729,000 worth of items stolen. I was a very anxious child and when this happened I closed myself off from the world moreso because I didn’t realise I could do anything about it. Its been years since this happened, and after seeing how much I had lost Id like to do something about it.

I have supplied screenshots of the items stolen, I have emailed Roblox support but they must have so many emails similar to this I’m worried itll get lost. Is there a more direct line of communication I can get? I used to have one with a higher up at Roblox who has unfortunately left now.

If you got scammed a while ago, why should we care and what do you expect us to do? You got scammed ‘A while ago’ we can’t do anything. Those items are now owned by other players.

I just had a look at my email history, turns out I did request help but never got a response. It is £6,500 worth of robux gone.

maybe might have luck sending a new ticket and sending screenshots showing you were never helped, but might be too late for that
