Our Company, Group’s Background and History

Founded by ronltxo on 11/30/20, Icesy is an upcoming Ice Cream parlor, that acquires the most satisfying sweets and refreshments for our customers to obtain. We aim to present a creative and innovative experience for individuals to provide interaction, learn new possibilities, stretch out the limits, and get satisfied while making products to obtain a captivating atmosphere for all of our customers to experience. Our staff takes the time out of their day to ensure that you are reaching our happiness, assistance, and enjoyment to cherish and make numerous recollections. We want everyone the best that clicks join! This is why we pay staff. Why not take a ride and get to know us today?

Community Rules

Introduction

Welcome to the Community Rules section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here at Icesy, we provide a set of rules that you should abide of to maintain Icesy a good place for everyone. Some rules are not specifically listed, of course use common sense for that. Normally, abide by the Roblox & Discord Terms Of Service.

Both rules apply in all of Icesy’s Group Games and the Communications Server.

RULES

I | Advertising:
Advertising is strictly prohibited at Icesy as it can be quite dangerous. This means not sending links in public channels unless you have permission from a member from the Ownership Division. This also includes NO DM advertising in any form unless permitted by the one you DM, as well as advertising your group directly in any of our premises.

II | Bullying:
Icesy is a family friendly community, so we ask not to bully or harass anyone within this server as it will result in a ban or kick from the server. If you are caught bullying/harassing someone you will be kicked without excuses.

III | Personal Information:
Personal Information is can be very sensitive information and generally shouldn’t be shared. Please don’t share any sensitive or personal information in any chat. If they threaten you, DON’T. Report it to us immediately.

IV | Inappropriate Content:
As we are a family friendly community, we ask you not post “Inappropriate images/links/files/messages”, as it can be dangerous or offensive to other people within this community. If you are found trying to posting inappropriate content, you will be automatically banned from the server and the game.

V | Drama:
As we have younger members in Icesy we ask for you not to throw negative comments at others or trying to start drama. As it might be offensive, we ask you not to participate in telling them to others or it will result in consequences.

VI | [DISCORD-RULE] Pinging/Tagging:
Here, you are not allowed to mass mention / role mention / ghost ping, is not allowed in our community server, If so happens, you will receive a removal from the server or a warning depending on the severity of the event. This includes tagging someone for no reason.

VII | Spamming
In this community server, we do NOT allow spamming in any of our chats. This also includes spam mentioning someone. If you are caught, you will be removed from our server.

VIII | Loopholes
Trying to get authority over someone because of a hidden way that you only know, like using the bots to promote yourself, in any sort, is not allowed, you will be banned and demoted without excuses.

IX | [DISCORD-RULE] Discord Age Requirement
Abiding by the Discord TOS, you should be at the age of 13 or higher to use Discord. To not get banned, I suggest not simply stating your age.

If a moderator finds something to be on the edge of breaking a rule they can determine if the rule was broken or not.

Moderation and Staff Appeals

Welcome to the Appeals section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Got banned? Regret it? No problem, we understand that people should deserve a chance and should not be judged by their past. Appeals should be sent to the executives listed in the General Information. We ask you to put high detail and effort into your appeal, in that way we will be able to unban or remove your punishment.

Ranking Information

Introduction

Welcome to the Ranking Information section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will be able to know what does a rank or a staff does at Icesy, categorized in five. Any questions, don’t fret to ask an experienced staff member.

CUSTOMER
Customers are a part of Icesy’s growth and community, thanks to them being here at Icesy, without them, the parlor won’t operate on a daily basis.

Valued Customer - Just a normal customer but valued. Thanks to them.
Noted Customer - All affiliates, resigned corporates, friends of the owner, investors, are ranked here as Noted Customer.

STAFF
Staffs are one who makes Icesy operational as well. They serve customers and work at the parlor.

Trainee - A non-experienced staff. To obtain this first staff rank, apply at the Application Center.
Junior Scooper - Obtain this rank by passing a training with a score of 8/10.
Experienced Scooper - Obtain this rank by passing a training with a score of 9/10 for the second time, or obtain 250 points.
Senior Scooper - Obtain this rank by passing a training with a score of 10/10 for the third time, or obtain 500 points.

MANAGEMENT
Management staffs are SI-Manager, their job is to make sure the standards of employees are above expectations.

Staff Intern - They are the new Middle Ranking staffs, they are trained and ensure that before ranking up to Staff Assistant, they do complete tasks. Achieve this by gaining 900 points + communications member.
Supervisor - They handle moderation of the low ranks and guests mostly, and are supervised by higher ranks."
Assistant Manager - They make sure low-ranking staff are living up to it’s expectations and making sure they are working correctly.
Manager - The job of a manager is to keep the parlor running well, like Supervisors but they are more on handling situations.

CORPORATE
Corporate staffs are HRs (EA-CD), they are the one who make sure that Management staffs are above standards and expectations of the group itself.

Executive Assistant - They are the new High Ranking staffs, they are trained and ensure that before ranking up to Junior Corporate, they do tasks and department jobs.
Chief Operating Officer - Anyone with this role has responsibility in terms of affiliations, engagement, and events.
Chief Staffing Officer - Anyone with this role has responsibility in terms of staff management, promotions, demotions, suspensions, and more.
Chief Administrative Officer - Anyone with this role is a senior of a department. Co-Lead, or just a senior member.
Corporate Director - This rank is obtained by being the head of departments mostly or working hard at Icesy for a long time.

CONTRACTOR
They are the part-time developers of Icesy, mainly commissioned by the owner.

CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
They are the full time developers of Icesy and they ensure that the game is operating smoothly and correctly.

PRESIDENTIAL INTERN - VICE PRESIDENT
They are the one who overseers the group, and makes the decision with the owners and the corporation.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - PRESIDENT
They are the one who comes up with the ideas in the group itself along with the owner.

OWNER
The President can make changes to the group anytime for the good.

Affiliation Information & Application

Introduction

Welcome to the Affiliation Information & Application section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will be able to get a piece of information regarding affiliations at Icesy. Any questions, don’t fret to ask a public relations member.

AFFILIATE REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Must obtain a member count of 1000 in the group and/or must obtain over 200 non-botted Discord members in the server. Exceptions may occur at any time but it depends on how can Icesy benefit from the group.
Your group must be a business group. We do not form an affiliation with non-business groups. Exceptions may occur, once again but a very, very rare case.
Your group must obtain an active/professional staff team.
Your group should not be in any sort of fraud transactions like scamming in the past.
The management members of your group should exhibit professionalism.
Must provide two or more representatives to communicate in our server, we will do the same.
Must announce our announcements that we want to announce, same thing goes with you. Attending events also would be better, thank you.

To apply, join our communications server and DM anyone with the Relations Director role attached with the corresponding document below which includes social links and answered questions. The said application should be reviewed within 1-7 days.

Department Information

Introduction

Welcome to the Department Information section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will be able to get to know the departments of Icesy and what they do.

Human Resources Department - This department is responsible for handling the staff at Icesy. They are responsible for maintaining good activity at the parlor. Reforms, suspensions, demotions, promotions, and more are managed here.

Operations Department - This department creates and organizes the partnerships at Icesy, event/s, stage plays, communications and inquiries at Icesy. They represent Icesy at the other affiliated groups. Without them, Icesy would not be successful, thank you.
