Icon and UI Design

The UIs of many of the games I play are copies of each other, and I don’t want to use something I didn’t do myself in my game, but I don’t know how I can design a UI like others, what applications do you use, can you help for UI and Icon

Try using something like Photopea (free and pretty good) or Photoshop (more professional but not free)
