Icons for developer products are automatically removed after upload

After uploading the developer product icon to the localization page, it is automatically removed. The bug appears regardless of device and language on all new versions of the site.

The icon itself is displayed in the inventory of the player who uploaded the icon, but it is not displayed on the website or in the game for other players.
