IDEA
Hello, members of the development forum. I have been thinking about making a development company. The way this would work is, people would hire the actual company, and a selected amount of users would go and do the task which was given.
We would have a Discord for the company for people who may be stuck on a task. So once again, a very quick and easy way for one to receive the help that they require.
Why?
I think this would help people locate development teams faster. 98% of the funds from a certain project would be given to the developers who participated in that project. While I only get 2%.
Is it made?
No. I did not make it yet. I thought I would take it to the developer forum and ask you guys what you think of the idea!

Well probably yes . it would be exciting , and i highly suggest making an organization system with ranks or without (optional) so the client know who he is hiring (an expert dev [expensive] , amateur or newbie dev [cheap] ) and stuff like that
This might be hard to do if depending on how the developers would get payed. Using Robux would be especially challenging. However, if you can pull it off this would be nice to have in the community.
Well, it would actually be as simple as it currently is working 1 on one. I am trying to think of the way I would get that 2% though. I may have it sent through the group, and then just pay the developers from there. An alternitive is making a base price, and having people pay that base price to have the devs start working, then they discuss the price with the devs. If the price is not what excepted they get refunded
This is just an idea. But I think I would be able to make it work. I thought there was already such things as a development team… Guess not, and guess I am the first to come up with the idea
Okay, first of all, you need to be 18 YEARS old to create company, and no, your parents can’t do that. Second, all your workers must be at least 18 year old. Third, you have to make a contract, you never said if It’s full time or B2B. Neither percentages and needed roles. How can we know if you are trustable entepreneur? Do you have any money to start? If you are creating a company, you must pay for their health (insurance) etc. Even if it is work from home. Even if you are asking for idea, as you pointed, it should be in Discussion. And definitely you would have to pay your workers in real money.
Where did I say my age? That is my question. Also, this is not really a company, it is more like a developer group. I do have money to start, and I already have some people who would invest in this.
Okay, we need to get facts. I never said you are not below 18 or above. Also please be specific, either you are saying about real company, or about development on discord or roblox. And you said you don’t have 100 robux, so me and probably other people are wondering, do you have any.
I love the idea, but I believe there are smaller groups already doing/planning to do this. Although, it would be great if it was more of a mass-scale operation.
This is a really great idea! I’ve seen other smaller Development teams for hire, but it would be cool to be see and be a part of a larger scale business! If you need a GFX artist, I would love to be a part of this!
