I would totally join! Seems like an interesting idea!
As a developer, this is kind of the inverse of what I would seek to do. When Iām looking for major developers, I want to secure people who will stick with the project. When Iām looking for commisions, itās typically cheaper and quicker to seek out individuals who have personalized their artistic styles.
This has been attempted before and it never ends very well because it lacks a unified development project and thus no loyalty to their creations.
You canāt really āpatentā an idea for a development company. Thatās identical to claiming the idea of arranging a bunch of sounds into a āsongā. (I have no intentions of stealing your idea)
Anyhow, great idea. While has this has definitely been done on the platform before, none have been executed correctly or to my liking and have collapsed due to poor management (I suspect).
Sounds like something I would join if itās appealing enough.
I donāt think you can copyright an idea, nor a ROBLOX group. Correct me below if Iām wrong.
Bruh you know no oneās gonna give you robux right? Ig you need robux you gotta make a game first or sell roblox outfits

Additionally, as others have stated there are groups / companies like these that already exist, for example https://melon.dev/
This seems like a pretty cool idea! I couldntā join myself though, because Iām currently making my own game.
This is not something new (just like the other 40 replies have said) infact Iāve worked in a dev group like this, itās hard to get trustworthy people since signing a contract requires you to be an adult. Most of the time our assets would get stolen and then sold at a higher price.
What youāre describing is a corporation. While this might work, capital is a big barrier of entry for most roblox devs - personally, i doubt people will approach the corp with the money needed to properly fund a project, unless all your devs are in countries with pretty low wages.
Working for ā% of revenueā is generally not favourable.
