Ideas and Motivation Disappearing

I have been passively making Roblox games for almost seven and a half years now. Seemed like on like 3, time flies. Through out those 7.5 years I’ve had my ups and downs in motivation but never has it been this bad these last couple of years. Coming up with ideas weeks after getting the inspiration to code something / build, after getting the idea and settling how I want the goal to turn out, all motivation instantly snapped away. I dont know if its art block or what but its just been so hard to actually stick with a game idea and go through with it for more then a week or two.

This is quite short as its like 1 am and I’m desperate for some sleep so any feedback would be appreciated, I try and read tomorrow!

I’ve been developing on Roblox for almost 3 years and I must agree that there are many ups and downs.

What I recommend is take a break if you need one and save any ideas you have for when you are motivated to execute them.
If your motivation goes away right as you are about to start building/scripting, etc. You could try power through the initial loss of motivation, but I wouldn’t recommend this.
