I would like to make a fun free romm driving game but i ran out of ideas for building structures and road ideas.

You could try using Google street view to look around a large city to find plenty of inspiration.

What type of theme is your game, where is it set these are all important questions for level design as well as creating a atmosphere!
I’d personally always search for reference material on Google Images and then let my imagination run wild with a “ColorSequence”.
Take for example searching “Steampunk” taking the browns beiges and golds and just running with it replicating photos and walls and a few designs before taking to my own challenges such as blimps as time goes on.
