Give me some ideas for my game. My boss is requesting me for it. I don’t want to get fired.

I don’t think it’s a good idea to have other people do your work for you behind your boss’s back because it’s more likely to get you fired… But I’ll help anyways because this stuff is fun.
How about a literal on rails shooter? You have to stay on top of the train with your cannon or gun and shoot all of the enemies before they get you or you pass them. You could also have a target shooting minigame. Want any more ideas for this game?
it’s a railway game. literally driving a train, working in a station, dispatching, guarding and signalling.
Oh, I thought you meant an entire game idea. Whoops.
If you want it realistic, I don’t see what else you could add other than what train drivers actually do. Which you already have.
I think you may focus on terrain and adding old-styled bridges. That would create an historical ambient and would look fantastic.

Is your game a realistic showcase of China during the revolutionary period? I’m not too sure what to suggest you but a train world could be great. Bring your products on a train, it’s going to carry you though a vast and beautiful land, then you can sell your products at the arrival city.
