Please read everything. It may sound off-topic at first, but just read it
When you team create with your friend in an experience that IS yours, and that friend makes an inappropriate asset (audio, model, etc), their account and YOUR account will get terminated, even tho you didn’t create that inappropriate asset. Because it’s your experience and you’re responsible for anything being made in it (This situation has happened once in the DevForum)
When you and your development team use group payouts to pay each other (no matter what the reason is), and then ONE developer of the team uses off-site methods to pay you or get robux, ALL of your development team will get terminated as a result of one developer being terminated. Tho many of your development team weren’t the owners of the group, they still got terminated because they recently used group payouts to do other allowed stuff, and when that developer used off-site methods, Roblox thought your whole development members were with that developer, so they terminated they accounts as a result (This has also happened once in the DevForum)

The answer to your question is yes. You’re responsible for what’s being uploaded under your group.
Why would you let someone upload clothing assets under your group tho? You can’t guarantee that they won’t trick you. Upload your clothing assets yourself instead, cuz if that someone uploaded copyrighted stuff on your group, your account will definitely get moderated.
I haven’t been an owner of a group, but there must be a way to prevent people from uploading assets on your account. Do this right now. Only upload stuff yourself.
Also try to avoid group payouts at all cost. When you use them, the chances of getting your account terminated are high, because Roblox can’t determine accurately whether you used them to do off-platform stuff, so they’ll probably terminate your account after a period of using group payouts. I’ve seen this situation multiple times on the DevForum. People get terminated after using group payouts to do allowed stuff, and Roblox doesn’t always get their account back. Many accounts remained terminated because of this.
