If you were to hire a Clothing Designer what would you look for?

Let’s say you were looking for a Clothing Designer, what would you look for in their portfolio?

For example:

  1. What pricings would you be looking for?
  2. What work level would you be looking for?
  3. What past experience or references would you look for?
  4. What skill level would you look for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am thinking of making my own portfolio.

Prices
I’d do look for around 300-500 for a detailed outfit. Then the lower the details are, the lower the price are.

Work Level
I’d probably say they should at least be available 3 times a week.

Experience and References
At least 1 year of experience, if you ask me.
At least 5 references so you know what they can do. And not just assuming by one showcase.

Level
That’s up to you!

Question 1 answer: I would be looking for cheap prices, such as 100-600 robux.
Question 2 answer: I like to hire people that are good, and are not so popular, as it is nice to support small businesses.
Question 3 answer: I would look to see if people that hired them liked their work, and if it was fast.
Question 4 answer: Good people.

First, before you start asking questions, make sure to find out if they steal clothing. That is what I would do
