I'm having trouble exporting multiple materials

So I’m making some pets for a commission, and I ran into a huge problem
Normally, when I make models, I split them up by color and export it piece by piece.
But this time i had to export the pets with their faces as one mesh
So it started like this

But in Roblox like this

I tried learning baking textures, but I cant get the hang of it and it never seems to work
I got two addons but they just make odd maps that put all the parts in the wrong places.
Does anyone have a way to simplify baking? Or an addon that works properly?
Or any way to help at all? My time is running out for these models.
Any help is much appreciated.

Wait cant u just use decals?

I agree, I feel like decals can make the job 20% easier if the object does not load in properly.

You can’t use multiple materials per object in roblox. Make one texture for whole object or split it up with each material

That’s what I’m saying - I can’t grasp the concept of baking materials into one texture map

YES thank you so much I’ve cracked it now - the reason baking wasn’t working was because I wasn’t unwrapping the model first- now I can export things with as many different colors I want!
