I'm not getting the crown of o's gold and bombastic, and I have many MAU in my games

Hey, why can’t I get O’s crowns? I’m eligible, but I can’t get them.

For all intents and purposes, the Crown of O’s program is discontinued. The occasional person here and there may get the gold crown, but for the most part you won’t be receiving the crowns.

(Also please do a search before posting next time, as this particular question has been asked and answered probably hundreds of times now)
