There are certain bugs that would allow you to remove it, but is it worth finding out how to remove it every single time roblox updates?

a way around me wanting the topbar to be gone is to remove react-lua from everything

That’s literally purely theoretical and assumes there’s a current security vulnerability with the core gui. Even if you were to find a bug that enables the removal of the menu abusing it would most likely lead to account termination. And that’s excluding the fact the vulnerability would be fixed next update.
that is why we should protect the topbar bugs
workaround: make engine from scratch that mimics roblox perfectly
Why do you want to replace it anyways?
add a script in server storage which:
game.Workspace.Name = "workspaec"
this will remove your core ui.
