Well, this is a tricky subject.
Roblox doesn’t exactly support giving away Robux as a form of prize, same for gift cards and such, however this may have changed since I’ve last looked.
The only way this could be done would be to have the winner put a product such as a t-shirt or something up for sale and have you buy it, however this would come with the 30% tax on the winnings.
The last way would be to have the user within a group and transfer group funds, however this would require the user to be within the group for over three weeks (or two, I’m not entirely sure)

If the winners are in a group you created, you can transfer robux to them.
As @cake3738 touched on briefly, Roblox does not support giving away Robux. In fact, they do the opposite. It is against ToS to award users with Robux as the prize, unless you give the winner a virtual Roblox giftcard instead.
