I tried to upload an audio that had the mp3 format and it said “File is not a valid mp3 or ogg. Resaving the file may correct this. ”
I have tried to format my audio as a ogg file but it said “Upload failed. Are you sure this is a valid audio file? ”
I’m trying to upload an audio for my game.
Here is the audio:

Good afternoon! Despite the file extension, the attached file seems to actually be aac (m4a), not mp3. Unfortunately, we don’t accept that format at this time – could you try re-encoding it and let me know if you still encounter problems?

I get this issue with .mp3 files and I changed it to .ogg and it made no difference.

Sorry for the late reply, It did not work. I’ve tried.
Could you let me know which steps you followed to re-encode the file? Changing the file extension alone won’t necessarily work; you may need to use audio software or a command-line tool.
Sorry for the BIG delay,
I just used another website to convert it into an ogg or an mp3 again;
if this is not the case, could you give me a way to do it?
have you tried uploading it into studio instead?

From what I’ve experienced with this specific issue, uploading into studio is the same as uploading directly onto the platform.
Some audio files have issues with the encoding or actual data within the file that causes this.
Usually, running the file through an online converter program fixes this issue for me.

Doing this showed me this message:
Yes I have tried uploading audio through studio and it showed me the same issue.
Add the audio to audacity and resave it as an MP3
