is this on a part? meshpart? GUI? Texture? Decal?
Did you try to lower the opacity of the image itself ?
From my experience I know that some decals require to have a transparency of at least 0.001 to have a transparent background.

Will the image still be visible if I set the transparency higher?
works for me. Are you using an image label?
Yes it should be visible. Don’t lower it too much, set the transparency to like… 0.001, it’s unnoticeable (Except for the background).

Jes… Idk what i do wrong, maby i have do something wrong in the settings from the Image.
I know it might sound unrelated, but is your EnvironmentDiffuseScale set to 1 ? I was wondering if it was related.
it was but I changed it and it still worked
