I don’t know if this is a bug, moderation exploit or whatnot, but some images on roblox are showing the HeadShot preview image in decals, but clicking on the decals “Expansion” button shows the entire image instead.

This was faced by alot of Developers already
Try uploading it to website and don’t use the bulk import
plus there was already a topic about this
