I uploaded this image at 950x1020 resolution, but when I uploaded it to Roblox, it got converted to 420x420 resolution.
Saving the image shows it as 420x420 resolution.
This is annoying to me as I am not able to get high quality images.
Is there a fix for this?

Are you sure it’s not only 420p on the site and a higher res in-game?
It’s saved as 950x1020, that’s just the display size. You can download the image here: https://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=636490244
If you change the file type to a png and then view it you can see it is the original resolution.

as far as I know, any large image imported to roblox gets down scaled to 1024x1024

I may sound stupid here, but how exactly do I download from that website? It comes up as blocked.
Gotta subtract one more from that number, this is the right link:
https://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=636490243
@Younite clicking this one will automatically download the file
Whoops, I kept subtracting one until I got the file but I accidentally copied the wrong link. Thanks.

Still haven’t got the file. Strange.
It downloads an extension-less file automatically when you click the link, you just add .png to the name of the file afterwards.

No, as in I get this:
I’m checking my extensions now.
EDIT: No luck.
Either way, take our word for it that the solution holds: the image asset will be in the original resolution (unless you uploaded it too big, i.e. >1024 in either dimension)

Disable R+, it’s there to inhibit people from easily stealing shirt templates and other forms of people’s work.
